InformData, LLC is seeking a Criminal Field Researcher in Tucson to research public records for criminal/civil histories and support client identity verification.

You will build relationships with court personnel, enter results in systems, and communicate issues to supervision. This hybrid, full-time role offers growth and a reliable workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of background screening processes and workflows.
• Ability to meet quality and turnaround time standards.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with court personnel and the public.
• Research using public records indexes to retrieve information.
• Enter results into systems and note 'clear' or findings per instructions.
• Communicate with Supervisor about holidays, delays, or process updates.
• Provide timely updates on issues impacting operations or commitments.
• Support court copy requests and field work as needed.
