Qualifications

• Understand background screening processes and InformData products.
• Consistently meet quality, productivity, and turnaround targets.
• Capable of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to support daily tasks.
• Maintain strong organization and time-management while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Research public records to determine criminal or civil history per client instructions.
• Enter results into proprietary systems, marking as clear or with found data.
• Communicate workflow status and delays to the Supervisor promptly.
• Support court copy requests and participate in area back-up coverage as needed.
• Adhere to InformData quality and turnaround standards.
