Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Indiana and Kentucky law licenses in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Prior creditor's rights, collections, or related legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors in debt recovery, collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy cases.
• Draft complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advise clients on creditor's rights and debt collection enforcement.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
