Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our creditors’ rights team. This role involves collaborating with experienced attorneys and leveraging technology to deliver top-tier legal services across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters.

The successful candidate must be licensed in Indiana and bring 0–3+ years of relevant experience, with strong writing and analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and solid client-focused skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana (required)
• 0-3+ years of relevant litigation, bankruptcy, or creditors’ rights experience preferred
• Strong writing, research, and client-service skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
