Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of creditor rights experience.
• Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy and replevin.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in creditor rights matters.
• Provide legal guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy and replevin.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents in compliance with standards.
• Develop strategies to safeguard legal and financial interests.
• Collaborate with attorneys to achieve outcomes.
• Stay updated on mortgage industry laws and changes.
• Provide training on creditor rights matters.
