Licensed to practice in Indiana, with good standing, you will develop case strategy, represent clients in court, manage dockets, prepare pleadings, negotiate settlements, and travel regionally within Indiana.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana.
• 1-3 years of experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation.
• Good standing with the Indiana Bar Association.
• Ability to pass a thorough background review.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy.
• Represent clients at court proceedings.
• Manage dockets and cases efficiently.
• Prepare pleadings and ensure seamless case management.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Monitor and educate team on legal changes.
• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Indiana.
