Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd. is seeking a Credit Controller who will act as the link between customers' accounting departments and procurement for our flooring products. The role focuses on credit control, collections, and maintaining favorable credit terms while minimising risk.

The employee will be home based and part of the FSSC team reporting to the FSSC manager, handling statements, dunning duties, and credit limit monitoring to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Credit control reporting including issuing customer statements.
• Releasing customer orders based on credit limits and overdue balances.
• Calling customers and chasing payment; undertaking dunning duties.

Responsibilities

• Credit Control Duties
• Releasing customer orders based on credit limits and overdue balances
• Calling customers and chasing payment
• Undertaking all the dunning duties
• Setting up new customer accounts in Netsuite (Excluding Refinitiv report)
• Reconciling and investigating customer statements; liaising with bank accounting if allocations are incorrect
• Processing of approved cases and issue of credit notes in Netsuite
• Proactively managing customers' open orders to ensure credit limits and avoid overdue releases.
• Reviewing customer credit limits and payment terms based on experience and reports.
• Handling letters of credit with support from the USA team
