Job summary

Busey Bank seeks a Commercial Credit Card Services Analyst I to provide foundational operational and client support for Commercial Credit Card Services. The role emphasizes accurate execution of established processes, timely issue resolution, and high-quality client service.

Responsibilities include collecting, validating, and preparing standard Commercial Credit Card documentation per underwriting approvals and policy, plus processing temporary credit limit increases with approved guidelines

Qualifications

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience in a mid-to-large sized bank with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries following established procedures.
• Execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy, including account maintenance.
• Collect, validate and prepare standard credit card documentation per underwriting approvals.
• Use internal systems for document prep, e-signatures, research, and workflow management.
• Process approved temporary credit limit increases per guidelines and updates.
• Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate trends or recurring issues to senior team members or management.
• Assist in client onboarding and training for credit card product packages and spend management.
