Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care. We are seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and facilities across CHS.

You will serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files that support billing and delegation of authority obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• 3+ years credentialing or payer enrollment experience within a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for credentialing across licensed clinical providers and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files that support billing, payer enrollment, and delegation of authority obligations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational objectives.
