Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and facilities across CHS. This role reports to the Director of RCM Implementation and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files to support billing and enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field required.
• 3+ years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in behavioral health.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for CHS providers and facilities.
• Serve as SME for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files supporting billing and enrollment.
• Coordinate PSV, malpractice/insurance, and CAQH attestations.
• Oversee multi-state and telehealth licensing and delegation of authority.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation.
