Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care. We offer remote credentialing coordination nationwide, handling end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for providers and facilities.

As a Credentialing Coordinator, you’ll manage PSV, licensing research, and communications, ensuring compliant, timely credentialing files to support billing and authority delegation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field required.
• 3+ years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a behavioral health environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for providers and facilities across CHS.
• Serve as SMEs for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Coordinate data entry, provider communication, PSV, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee CAQH, attestation management, and multi-state/licensing considerations.
• Support cross-functional teams and report on credentialing activities.
