Job summary

Connections Health Solutions seeks a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and facilities. You will ensure accurate, timely credentialing files and support billing and payer enrollment across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in credentialing within behavioral health, familiarity with CAQH attestation, and experience in multi-market operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers, staff, and facilities.
• Serve as SME for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff to support billing and payer enrollment.
• Coordinate PSV, licensing research, insurance coordination, CAQH attestation, and delegation of authority obligations.
• Oversee cross-state credentialing processes and maintain accurate credentialing files.
