Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience within a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment.
• Coordinate Provider Onboarding and Data Entry.
• Maintain provider licensing research.
• Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV).
• Coordinate malpractice and insurance details.
• Oversee Payer Enrollment & Maintenance.
• Handle CAQH & Attestation Management.
• Navigate multi-state and telehealth licensing.
• Manage state-specific registration processes.
• Credentialing for BHS staff and facilities.
• Support offboarding and ongoing recredentialing.
• Document processes; participate in committees.
• Collaborate across departments.
