Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and staff. This remote role supports multiple states and ensures compliant credentialing files for billing and delegation of authority.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare admin background with 3+ years in credentialing and familiarity with CAQH attestations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience within a behavioral health environment
• Familiarity with CAQH attestation processes and delegated credentialing requirements
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-state credentialing and enrollment operations

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment processes for providers, BHS staff, and facilities across CHS.
• Serve as subject matter expert for credentialing requirements across licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files to support billing, payer enrollment, and delegation of authority obligations.
• Provider onboarding and data entry

• Provider licensing research
• Primary Source Verification (PSV)
• Malpractice and insurance coordination
• Payer enrollment and maintenance
• CAQH and attestation management
• Multi-state and telehealth licensing
• State-specific registration processes
• BHS staff credentialing

• Ongoing maintenance and recredentialing
• Delegation of Authority
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Committee participation and reporting
• Process documentation
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational and departmental objectives.
