Responsibilities

• Handle EMR signature rules to ensure clean claims.
• Maintain CAQH records for clinicians.
• Process credentialing for new networks.
• Submit and resubmit claims; resolve denials.
• Monitor billing on hold for non-credentialed providers.
• Keep up with insurer participation and policies.
