Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with credentialing processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain practitioner data and credentialing records in the credentialing database.
• Perform primary source verifications and manage licensing, certification, and insurance records.
• Monitor licensure, certification, and CE requirements; track expirations.
• Coordinate with health plans and internal/external stakeholders on credentialing.
• Communicate application status and required documents to applicants.
