Job summary

USPh (U.S. Physical Therapy) is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our Managed Care Operations team. The role focuses on accurate data entry for enrollment and billing within a remote, central-hours environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of credentialing experience, strong CAQH knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills. We offer a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payor credentialing experience for providers.
• Knowledge of health plans and credentialing all payor types (Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Comp).
• Experience using and maintaining credentialing databases.
• Strong CAQH knowledge, including CAQH Practice Administrator role.
• Established relationships with credentialing reps at health plans.
• Prepare and process credentialing applications for all payor types.
• Credentialing for multi-Tax ID entities.
• Handle high-volume credentialing and recredentialing.
• Meet turnaround times and performance metrics.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage projects to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter demographic and financial data for each account accurately.
• Research complex problems and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage multiple work queues and related duties.
• Ensure timely and accurate enrollment/billing processing for members.
• Maintain professional behavior, dependability, and clear communication.
