Job summary

USPh (U.S. Physical Therapy) is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist on the Managed Care Operations team to ensure accurate data entry for enrollment and billing across accounts. You will research complex problems and implement preventive solutions to maintain service quality.

This remote role emphasizes fast-paced productivity, strong communication, and relationship-building with payor credentialing reps. The ideal candidate has CAQH expertise and 3–5 years of credentialing experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience submitting payor credentialing applications for providers.
• Health plan knowledge and familiarity with credentialing all payor types: Managed Care, Medicare & Medicaid, Replacements & Workers Compensation.
• Experience utilizing and maintaining credentialing databases.
• Highly knowledgeable with CAQH; familiarity with CAQH Practice Administrator.
• Establishing relationships with credentialing reps at various health plans.
• Prepare and process credentialing applications for all payor types.
• Credentialing multi-Tax ID entities; high-volume processing.
• Meet turnaround time goals and maintain performance metrics.
• Customer service oriented and able to build relationships.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing projects to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter demographic and financial data for each account.
• Research complex problems using available resources and implement preventive solutions.
• Process enrollment/billing across multiple queues with timely accuracy.
