Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified tax professional to assist TurboTax customers in a virtual setting. You will guide, prepare, and explain tax returns using your CPA/EA/Attorney credentials and strong communication skills.

Role is remote, US-based with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Familiarity with Circular 230, PTIN, and state licenses is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you will use video tools to interact with customers and meet KPI targets.

Competenze

• Active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years preparing federal/state 1040 returns for 30+ clients per season using commercial tax software.
• Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology and tax software.
• Strong customer service skills with video/audio tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.

Mansioni

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use Smartlook video communications software to interact with customers.
• Help TurboTax customers with: Tax advice; Full service return preparation and signature; Product/software inquiries; Tax calculations.
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences with deep empathy and tax knowledge.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Apply defined practices and policies to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.
• Document customer interactions.
• Work toward meeting KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals.
• Participate in pilot testing and projects as needed.
• Complete training and development as required by the business.
