Job summary

Polymarket, the world’s largest prediction market platform, is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to oversee a roster of major YouTube and Instagram creators. You’ll brief creators, track production and approvals, coordinate go-live timing, and ensure campaigns align with briefs.

As the roster grows, you’ll handle deal negotiation and contracting, maintain a single source of truth, and build strong relationships with creators and their teams to turn briefs into repeat partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing paid partnerships with large YouTube or Instagram creators.
• Proven track record tracking video deliverables across a creator roster.
• Experience negotiating creator contracts, including rates.

Responsibilities

• Brief creators on campaigns tied to live news cycles.
• Own the deliverable pipeline across partnerships.
• QA videos before they go live.
• Coordinate approvals across creators.
• Build relationships to convert briefs into deals.
• Report on performance and impact.
