Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Creator & Influencer Manager to lead influencer campaigns from strategy through delivery. You will manage creator relationships, coordinate activities, support negotiations and reporting, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives.

You will collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams across Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and other disciplines. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about evolving creator trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Understanding of influencer lifecycle from discovery to reporting.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with creators, clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: support end-to-end influencer/creator campaigns including outreach, negotiations, contracting, and delivery.
• Content & Brief Strategy: develop briefs, guidelines, and messaging frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Creator Network & Relationship Management: grow and maintain relationships with 50+ creators across campaigns.
• Reporting, Analytics & Contracts: assist with reporting, data templates, and contract preparation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Creative, Paid Media, SEO and other teams to integrate campaigns.
• Leadership & Tools: promote best practices, train new team members, and act as a resource for influencer platforms.
