Outside is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to lead the Outside Creator Network (OCN), pairing creators with brands and running campaigns from brief to final report, including budgets and contracts.

This is a fully remote role across the United States and Canada. You will contribute ideas to pitches, manage production workflows, track performance, and stay ahead of creator trends while supporting campaigns across Brandworks.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and creator marketing, with a sense of what makes content authentic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source and vet new creators across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Pair creators with brand and campaign needs, and write clear briefs.
• Manage post-production and the full campaign workflow, including Meta partnership ads.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using social media data.
• Manage creator campaign budgets and negotiate creator contracts.
• Contribute ideas to internal pitches and RFP responses; join client kickoff calls after a campaign is sold.
• Support creator content for fitness challenges on Outside's Map My apps.
• Stay current on social media and creator trends, apply them to planning.
