Bird&Be is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support and grow our influencer, affiliate, creator, and media partnership programs across digital channels. Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships—from research to onboarding, campaign coordination, and reporting.
• Research and identify creators, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and media partners aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate creator campaigns: outreach, gifting, timelines, approvals, deliverables, usage rights, and follow-ups.
• Help manage affiliate partnerships by maintaining links, promo codes, assets, and partner communications.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management across creators, agencies, and media publishers.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, affiliate activity, and creator deliverables.
• Maintain databases, reporting trackers, and campaign calendars.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-oriented Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Coordinator who can support, execute, and help grow our affiliate, influencer, creator, and media partnership programs across digital channels. This includes everything from creator outreach and affiliate onboarding to campaign coordination, reporting, and relationship management.

To be successful in this role, you are highly organized, proactive, and hands-on. You’re excited by social media, creators, partnerships, and digital culture, and you’re equally comfortable communicating with creators, tracking deliverables, and managing operational details behind the scenes. No partnership is too big nor task too small.

You’ll play a key role in helping bring our brand partnerships to life across creators, affiliates, media publishers, and social platforms—ensuring campaigns run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities are thoughtfully executed. If you love working across influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships while learning how high-growth brands scale these channels, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships — from research and outreach to onboarding, campaign coordination, and reporting.
• Research and identify creators, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and media partners aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate creator campaigns, including outreach, gifting, timelines, approvals, deliverables, usage rights, and follow-ups.
• Help manage affiliate partnerships by maintaining links, promo codes, campaign assets, and partner communications.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management across creators, affiliates, agencies, and media publishers.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, affiliate activity, and creator deliverables.
• Maintain organized partnership databases, reporting trackers, and campaign calendars.
• Support partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, blogs, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate sponsored content, affiliate features, and collaborative marketing initiatives with media and publishing partners.
• Monitor creator trends, competitor partnerships, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within the creator economy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, social, creative, and ecommerce teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Help ensure all partnership deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, PR, affiliate marketing, or related marketing roles.
• Passion for social media, creators, digital culture, and influencer marketing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, particularly Impact, Social Snowball and ShopMy is a must.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking, discount codes, and campaign reporting.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, project management tools, and social media platforms daily.
• Native understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and creator ecosystems.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with creators, talent managers, agencies, and external partners professionally.
• Confidently use AI to accelerate workflows and find efficiencies, with the ability to know its limits and maintain strong brand and communication standards.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with affiliate and creator platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, CreatorIQ, or GRIN.
• Experience in ecommerce, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Experience coordinating product gifting, creator seeding, or ambassador programs.

Hours + Location

• This is a salaried position working full-time hours. Option for a contract position may be available.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including irregular hours like some evening, weekends and holidays as needed
• This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup including a reliable desktop/laptop with the latest OS and and a stable internet connection.
