Job summary

Pink Stork, a women-owned wellness brand, is seeking an Affiliate Coordinator to build and scale the affiliate and creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer/Associates, and our DTC website. This is a data-first role where you will use performance data to decide allocations, commissions, and sample usage to maximize revenue.

You will collaborate with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize commissions, sample allocation, and channel investments while ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Demonstrated analytical experience with data-driven decisions.
• Comfort working in spreadsheets to build reporting and model scenarios.
• Familiarity with affiliate ecosystems across TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer/Associates, or DTC platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard affiliates and creators across TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer/Associates, and DTC channels.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to determine where to focus resources and how to structure commissions and samples.
• Coordinate product shipments, offers, and campaign logistics; ensure clear briefs and product education.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, operations, and Brand Manager to align affiliate strategy with brand goals and ensure inventory alignment.
