Job summary

Bird&Be is seeking a detail‑oriented Social Media, Community & Content Coordinator to grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. You will shoot, edit, post Reels and Shorts, write captions, engage our community, and help shape a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in social media, content creation, or related marketing roles.
Passion for social media, storytelling, and digital culture.
Strong writing skills with versatile tone across platforms.
Portfolio or examples of short‑form video for Reels/TikTok preferred.
Comfortable on camera and directing others for on‑camera content.
Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush).
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Sprout, Meta).
Familiarity with Google Sheets and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Create original content for Instagram and TikTok, including filming and posting Reels/Stories.
Draft captions and copy tailored to each platform.
Manage community engagement with timely, empathetic responses.
Maintain the content calendar across marketing and creative teams.
Plan and execute content shoots, sourcing props and coordinating talent.
Track performance metrics and compile regular reports.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and influencer teams for campaigns.
