Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our creative team. You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding top creative talent for high-performing ad campaigns and UGC production. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role and a proven track record in hiring.

This remote role offers a compensation range of $1,200-$1,800 USD a month and various paid benefits, including vacation days and sick leave.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Talent Manager or similar role.
• Proven success in identifying and hiring top creative talent.
• Comfortable on calls with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist A-level creative talent.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Partner with Creative Leadership to identify hiring priorities.
• Manage the talent acquisition process from outreach to onboarding.
