Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Recruiter to build pipelines for 1099 Representatives, owning the candidate experience from touch to offer. You’ll craft compelling postings, test sourcing channels, and partner with program teams to meet hiring needs.

You’ll lead creative sourcing, interview at volume, and ensure a strong candidate experience. This role is remote (US) and full-time, offering opportunities to influence hiring across programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Creative sourcing and employer branding.
• Strong copywriting for on-brand postings.
• Proficient in video and group interview formats.
• Excellent proactive communication and organization.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to test new ideas.
• Tech fluency with Microsoft Office; CRM and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Attract and hire qualified 1099 Representatives, building a strong talent pool.
• Define ideal candidate persona with program teams.
• Write eye-catching, on-brand postings and test language.
• Source creatively beyond obvious channels.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews across formats.
• Partner with internal teams to move open roles toward filling.
