Job summary

DogConnectors is seeking a Creative Strategist to design static and edit video ads for pet brands, working fully remotely with Loom-driven portfolio reviews.

You will own end-to-end ad creation from concept through final files, using Higgsfield and Claude to accelerate outputs while iterating on performance signals like hook rate and CTR. Collaboration with a fractional CMO is included.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads end-to-end in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1).
• Edit video ads from creator footage to produce multiple cuts with varied openings.
• Run hook tests and iter iterations to improve performance.
• Create AI generated statics and short clips built on real product photos.
• Deliver clean, upload-ready files with compliant claims and reviews.
