Job summary

Nusava is seeking a Creative Strategist to own end-to-end ad concepts for health and wellness products. You will write scripts, direct visuals, and oversee production to ensure the concept is faithfully executed.

You’ll leverage Claude and internal AI tools to move fast while maintaining exceptional taste and performance. Ideal candidates bring proven direct-response creative strategy experience, with familiarity in health brands and experience testing multiple formats at scale.

Qualifications

• Direct-response creative strategy background, ideally with $75M–$100M health/wellness, supplement, skincare, or transformational-product brands.
• Media buying, CRO, or light web/landing-page experience is a plus.
• Experience structuring and testing multiple visual formats at scale is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect ads end to end — own concept, script, hook, scenes, and on-screen talent guidance.
• Write modular, re-skinnable scripts for multiple formats and variations.
• Produce video and static concepts at volume using AI workflows and image generation.
• Review outputs against original intent and iterate with editors.
• Run daily content research and build a reusable content bank with competitive insights.
• Develop ICPs and angles and test across organic and paid channels.
