Job summary

Reach Digital is a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency focused on helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who will own the creative end-to-end, research ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors while collaborating with brand partners and growth/design teams. You’ll stay on top of trends and contribute to winning campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and translate to briefs.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles, and write briefs weekly for editors.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners and track progress in a living doc.
• Stay current on platform trends and translate insights into testable concepts.
• Work with 3-5 brand partners, diving into their creative to build winning ads.
