Job summary

Nusava seeks a Creative Strategist to own end-to-end ad concepts for our health-and-wellness brand. You will write scripts, direct visuals, and oversee revisions to ensure output matches your vision in a high-output, AI-native environment.

You will build modular scripts for multiple formats (VSL, whiteboard, UGC, and static) and conduct daily content research to feed a growing content bank. Remote-first with flexible geography.

Responsibilities

• Architect ads end to end - own the concept, write the script, and brief the hook and each scene in detail (including who should appear on screen and how) so production can execute it.
• Write modular, re-skinnable scripts so one concept produces across multiple formats (faceless VSL, Pixar/claymation, whiteboard/stick-figure, UGC, statics), each with multiple hook variations.
• Produce video and static concepts at volume using our AI workflows and static-image generation system.
• Review outputs, not just write them - check every concept against your intent, give feedback, and work with editors to get it right.
• Run daily content research - pull winning ads (Meta-first), break them down scene-by-scene, and build a reusable content bank, including angles from outside supplements (telehealth, HRT, other DR categories).
• Develop ICPs and angles - cast a wide net on buyer motivations and pain points, then go deep on specific avatars to find sharper angles.
• Validate what's working using ad libraries and site-traffic/competitive tools to judge real conversion versus just running, and model what's proven.
