Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative initiatives—from concept through print production and install. This fully remote role in the United States emphasizes strong scheduling, tracking, and cross-team coordination.

You will own workback schedules and status reporting, flag risks early, and protect the creative team’s focus so deliverables ship on time.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Creative, Account and Production teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the master workback schedules (internal and client-facing) pulling key dates and deliverables.
• Work with design counterparts to ensure deadlines and deliverables are clear and achieved.
• Maintain centralized tracker and dashboard with deliverables, deadlines, and status.
• Drive regular communications and weekly status reports on project health.
• Coordinate and manage design requests from Account and Production, prioritizing by timeline.
• Flag risks or blockers early and partner with teams to mitigate.
• Support resourcing by monitoring team bandwidth and availability.
