FieldWrk is a mission-first B2B branding agency serving civil construction, heavy equipment and critical infrastructure clients. We seek a Creative Project Manager to turn client partners into raving fans by delivering work they value and an experience they want to talk about.

You will own day-to-day client relationships, manage scopes and retainer usage, and coordinate onboarding, timelines and QA across projects. You’ll support Sr.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing account or project management, preferably in creative agency settings.
• Strong client communication and expectation management; confident leading meetings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts; serve as day-to-day contact and deliver value.
• Manage project scopes, hours and engagements; track retainer usage and scope creep, scope add-ons.
• Coordinate, onboard clients, perform QA on deliverables, and keep Sr. CPMs and Director informed.
• Build and maintain project timelines in Monday.com and connect to delivery dashboards.
• Route deliverables through internal approvals and manage client communications and feedback.
• Support with onboarding, create briefs, schedule kick-offs, and field requests from retainer clients.
