Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is a remote-first independent agency seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead projects from kickoff to delivery. You will own client relationships, scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating video shoots, website builds, and integrated campaigns with our creative, development, and media teams.

Based in the US, you thrive in a fast-paced shop where autonomy and strategic input are valued.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of production, account, or project management experience in an agency or comparable environment.
Fluency in digital/web, video/broadcast, or print production.
Experience authoring estimates, scopes of work, and schedules.
Knowledge of design and development processes to scope accurately.
Pre-production and on-set leadership experience.
Proficiency with project tooling (Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace).
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-channel projects from kickoff through delivery for video, digital, print, social, and OOH.
Own website builds in collaboration with development, including IA and QA.
Manage end-to-end video productions from pre-production to post.
Schedule deliverables to align with media flight dates and client needs.
Maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact on assigned accounts.
Define scopes, estimates, schedules, and exclusions, and handle change orders.
