Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a strategy-led creative agency. You’ll own day-to-day delivery for a major technology account, lead multiple projects, and keep clients, creative teams, budgets, and timelines aligned.

The role requires 6–8 years in digital or integrated agency environments, 2+ years drafting scopes of work and contracts, and strong estimation skills. Experience with Workfront is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in digital or integrated agency environments.
• 2+ years of experience writing scopes of work and contracts.
• Strong project estimation skills and experience managing multiple projects & client relationships.
• Experience working within Workfront.
• Understanding budgets, profitability, resource planning, & scope management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from discovery through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, & deliverables.
• Serve as the client’s day-to-day source of truth across project plans, briefs, reviews, & next steps.
• Coordinate creative teams and external vendors across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Monitor project health, scope, profitability, & risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Support SOWs, change orders, client relationships, & account growth opportunities.
