Job summary

FieldWrk, LLC is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts, manage project scopes and hours, and keep the PM department running smoothly. You will coordinate onboarding, timelines, and QA while supporting senior leaders and ensuring top-tier delivery for branding, web design, and digital marketing projects.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of client-facing account management or project management experience (creative agency preferred).
• Strong client communication and expectation management with confidence leading client meetings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong writing, proofreading, and brand alignment skills.
• Proficient in marketing workflows and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts by serving as the day-to-day contact, understanding client objectives, and delivering consistently to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage project scopes, hours, and partnership engagements; track retainer usage and scope creep; scope smaller projects and add-ons.
• Keep the PM department running smoothly by coordinating onboarding, project setup, client onboarding, and deliverable QA.
• Build project timelines and statuses in Monday.com; connect to dashboards and portfolios; ensure on-time delivery.
• Support Sr. Creative PMs and the Director with meetings, recaps, task creation, and QA.
• QA creative deliverables, web designs, and coded websites for typos and brand alignment.
