Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Spring 2027 Creative Production Intern to contribute across multimedia projects from ideation to post-production. You will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity near office hubs, collaborating with stakeholders to define needs and deliver high-quality video, audio, and visual content.

The role emphasizes hands-on editing with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other tools, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program (marketing, business, graphic design, MIS or related).
• Preferred: experience with editing software packages (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut X, iMovie).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project needs and specs.
• Produce high-quality content using videography, photography, and editing tools.
• Set up, record, and edit audio for stand-alone or merged pieces.
• Edit motion video, effects, sound, and color for post-production.
• Consult with stakeholders through pre to post-production.
• Assist in producing live events like podcasts and webinars.
• Maintain and monitor equipment used for presentations.
• Explore new editing tech and best practices to boost efficiency.
