Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Creative Production Marketing Intern to contribute to a variety of multimedia projects. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in video, photography, and post-production for product campaigns.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, edit content using industry software, and support live events and internal communications. The role emphasizes creativity, organization, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, MIS or related program.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong propensity for action and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to determine project needs and specifications.
• Use videography, photography, and production software to produce high-quality content representing products or concepts.
• Set up, record and edit audio for professional quality of stand-alone or merged pieces.
• Edit motion video, effects, sound recordings, and color for post-production.
• Consult with stakeholders from pre- to post-production processes.
• Assist with production of live events such as podcasts, webinars, and all-company meetings.
• Help maintain and monitor equipment and systems for presentations and conferencing.
• Investigate and implement new editing technologies and best practices to maximize efficiency.
