Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business administration or related experience.
• 3–8 years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and tools (Monday.com preferred).
• Strong organizational, multi-project management, and scheduling skills.
• Understanding of creative and production processes across multiple channels (digital, print, video, social, etc.).
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of creative projects from intake to delivery.
• Partner with a Creative Account Manager to translate strategy into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across designers, writers, and content creators to keep deliverables on track.
• Build and manage detailed schedules and proactively communicate status, risks, and updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production and vendor partners to manage estimates, deliverables, and final asset delivery.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand, compliance, and creative quality standards before release.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance creative team efficiency.
