Job summary

The Whitaker Group seeks a Creative Studio Producer to oversee end-to-end production of creative projects in a fast-paced studio, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality content aligned with client objectives and brand standards.

You'll work with creative directors, designers, and external vendors to ensure seamless workflow, identify risks, and keep projects on time and within scope, driving studio operations so teams can focus on innovation and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production or project management in a creative/media studio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Serve as primary liaison between creative teams, clients, and external partners to align goals.
• Develop detailed production schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Oversee quality control to ensure outputs meet client expectations and standards.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement of production processes by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
