Job summary

CG Creative Studios, a creative communications and production agency, is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to support presentation and content development across client programs. This hands-on role moves deliverables from brief to final delivery, coordinating with strategy, creative, account and production teams to keep content moving, resources engaged, and schedules on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing presentations or content in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading presentation development and content workflows.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage presentation and content deliverables from kickoff through final delivery.
• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, content development, review rounds and approvals.
• Coordinate resources including strategists, writers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, presentation designers and other creative partners.
• Track project budgets, hours and scope against approved plans.
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, dependencies and risks.
