24 Seven Talent seeks an experienced Creative Producer to support high-impact projects starting October 2026. In this freelance role, you’ll partner with Creative, Production teams, clients, and external vendors to bring concepts to life—on time and on budget, true to the original vision.

You’ll guide projects from concept through execution, navigating timelines, approvals, and production details while coordinating schedules, budgets, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative, experiential, event, or design production.
• Strong project-management skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor quotes, and production costs.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into practical, executable production plans.
• Manage project budgets, estimates, vendor bids, and production financials.
• Source and coordinate vendors, fabricators, and production partners.
• Lead client review cycles and keep feedback, revisions, and approvals moving.
• Oversee schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Identify production risks early and develop solutions that protect scope, timing, and quality.
• Support projects spanning branding, signage, scenic, video, animation, custom fabrication, floor plans, expo environments, and more.
