Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Creative Producer to support the Minnesota/Minneapolis metro area on a remote basis. You will move projects from intake through delivery with precision, coordinating across designers, writers, and content creators to ensure on-time, within-scope production.

You will partner with a Creative Account Manager to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage schedules, and communicate risks while upholding brand and compliance standards across digital, print, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience in advertising, marketing, comms or business administration.
3–8 years of project management experience in creative/marketing/agency environments.
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (Monday.com preferred).
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Experience managing timelines and deliverables in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end management of creative projects from intake to delivery.
Partner with a Creative Account Manager to translate strategy into actionable project plans.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across designers, writers, and content creators to maintain momentum.
Build and manage detailed schedules, milestones, and proactive status updates to stakeholders.
