Job summary

Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to oversee marketing projects from intake to delivery.

You will partner with Traffic, Growth Strategy, Member Communication Managers, and the Creative Services team to keep proofing cycles on track and allocate personnel based on resourcing. The role requires a bachelor’s in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, 3 years with creative teams, and exceptional organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with creative teams; partnering with designers and copywriters to generate high‑volume work in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details in a high-volume environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, ensuring timely updates, smooth collaboration, and alignment across teams.
• Proficiency with project management systems, like Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages proofing review cycles by assigning reviewers and driving timely stakeholder approval decisions.
• Monitors task status and deadlines using dashboards and team meetings, follows up on late tasks, adjusts schedules, and escalates risks as needed.
• Gathers and maintains clear documentation of key decisions, schedule changes, and project updates.
• Reviews and validates incoming project requests for completeness, scope, objectives and requirements.
• Converts approved requests into fully scoped projects, adapting templates and workflows to fit project needs.
• Assigns project personnel and allocates resources based on availability, data, skill alignment and deadlines.
• Uses reports and dashboards to track progress and flag concerns.
