Responsibilities

• Creates and manages proofing review cycles by assigning reviewers and driving approvals.
• Monitors task status and deadlines using dashboards and meetings; escalates risks as needed.
• Gathers and maintains documentation of key decisions and updates.
• Reviews project requests for completeness and scope; clarifies objectives with requestors.
• Converts approved requests into fully scoped projects and adapts templates/workflows.
• Assigns personnel and allocates resources based on availability and deadlines.
• Uses dashboards to track status, workload, and performance and flag concerns.
