Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with creative teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational abilities managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication ensuring timely updates and collaboration.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and accountability for delivery.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate.
• Proficiency with project management systems like Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages proofing review cycles by assigning reviewers and driving timely approvals.
• Monitors task status and deadlines using dashboards and team meetings.
• Gathers and maintains documentation of key decisions and updates.
• Reviews incoming project requests for completeness and scope in collaboration with requestors.
• Transforms approved requests into fully scoped projects and adapts templates as needed.
• Assigns project personnel and allocates resources based on availability and deadlines.
• Uses dashboards to track progress, workload, and performance and flag concerns.
