Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to own staffing, capacity planning, and resource operations across our creative studio. You will collaborate with Creative Producers, leads, and leadership to ensure the right team is in place at the right time and build systems for better planning.

The role focuses on resource management, staffing for projects, and shaping efficient workflows as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in creative operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive with the ability to foresee problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with shifting timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own resource planning across active and upcoming projects.
• Maintain up-to-date view of team availability and schedules.
• Identify capacity gaps and bottlenecks early.
• Track utilization and report to leadership.
• Match projects with the right internal team members.
• Support staffing for new business opportunities.
• Manage staffing changes as scope/timelines shift.
• Develop systems, trackers, dashboards for planning.
• Improve end-to-end project workflows across the studio.
• Automate repetitive tasks where possible.
