Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking contractors to perform Property Condition Assessments on commercial real estate. You will conduct field inspections across office, retail, and industrial properties, observe building systems, document deficiencies, and prepare formal PCA reports in line with client scopes and ASTM E2018 standards.

The role requires 5+ years in CRE PCA, strong report writing ability, and a background in architecture, construction management, or engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years evaluating commercial properties.
• Experience as Property Condition Assessor or Commercial Inspector.
• Understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to write clear, professional reports.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in architecture, construction management, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform walk-through observations at commercial properties.
• Visually assess site components, building structure, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Identify and prioritize deficiencies and maintenance needs.
• Prepare detailed reports with descriptions, photos, and recommendations using templates.
