Bank of America is seeking a senior appraisal procurement professional to oversee commercial real estate appraisal engagements, scope work, bid, award, and manage external vendors. You will review contractor performance, ensure contract compliance, and perform quality assurance across appraisal and consulting services.

Competenze

• Active State-Certified General Real Estate Appraisal Credential
• 5+ years commercial real estate appraisal experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Argus and/or Rockport Val, Excel
• Basic proficiency in Word
• In-depth working knowledge of valuation theory and methodology for commercial and residential appraisals
• Able to write concise technical opinions in language comprehensible to expert and layman alike
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Commercial appraisal review experience for federally-regulated banking institution or equivalent highly preferred
• Able to adapt to new technology and changes to recognized valuation methods and techniques

Mansioni

• Scope requests for services and manage bidding processes
• Select prequalified vendors and issue RFPs
• Execute awards and monitor vendor performance
• Review reports for contract compliance; grade performance
• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews
• Invoice preprocessing and validation
• 1st-level business and vendor dispute resolution (e.g. vendor selection, utilization frequency, invoicing)
