• Ability to write concise technical opinions for experts and laymen.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Scope requests for services and bidding processes.
• Manage award process and vendor performance.
• Oversee external suppliers and appraisal reviews.
• Provide client team training and supervision as needed.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews.
• Handle invoice preprocessing and validation.
• Resolve first-level business and vendor disputes.
